"La Limonaia" flat in historic villa on the hills

The apartment is located in a small village in the Pisan hills, only 300 meters from the center. It is part of a large property'il Castello, La Limonaia and La Cappella. It is easily reached by car or public transport from Pisa Airport (km20) . You will love the location, the views, the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces, the tranquility and my hospitality. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families, groups and furry friends (pets). The space The apartment consists of one room, furnished in Tuscan style with stone walls and wooden beams. The cooking area is well equipped with small appliances in the Loft bed area especially for the presence of large Windows with views of the surrounding garden. Guest access You can live in all garden, small pool. Other things to note This is a review from our guest:" We three Canadian engineers recently stayed for 7 days in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the Tuscan hospitality. Nilo the perfect attentive host. He only speaks Italian but we spent many happy hours while he patiently shared the joy he feels owning and restoring this magnificent castle. Including tours of the tower and grotto. Nilo and his family barbecued local meats including wild boar. He was an ambassador of the world, nightly bringing French, Italian, German, Dutch and us Canadians together for a truly Italian feast. A personal evening invitation to his penthouse overlooking Liverno was an added attraction. Pizza, beer and wine. Special thanks to Christina and Guilio. Their guidance on sights to see and things to avoid made our holiday a success. The accommodation was as described. The hospitality exceeded all expectations. Nilo's attention to quality and detail are reflected in the enjoyment we had. This is truly a hidden gem that is a perfect staging area to view all of Tuscany. We will return for a longer stay. "
