Nicely renovated two-room apartment located in a quiet residential area still near the city center. It is fully equipped and well-sized for a family or group of 4 people and is also ideal for single business travelers. The flat is close to downtown with easy access to public transportation (metro stop 4 minute walk from the apartment). We are near the popular art deco neighborhood that offers great cafes, restaurants, nice green parks and little shops. The riverside is just within 5 minute walk. The space About the apartment This cute and nicely decorated flat is situated in a historical building on the ground floor. The windows are facing the inner courtyard therefore it's a very quiet place. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing time (TV, free Wifi, air-conditioning, etc). There are two bedrooms in the apartment: Bedroom #1 includes a queen-sized bed, a TV with International channels, air-conditioning, sofa. It is also a common area with an open space kitchen and a dining counter. Bedroom #2 includes two single beds, a TV, and a gallery space. The two bedrooms are connected. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need during your stay (oven, stove, kettle, etc). There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. We mostly use ecological and non-allergenic agents. Guest access All guests can use the entire apartment without any restrictions. Other things to note We're not too strict about the check-in and check-out times. If the other guests' schedule allows, you can arrive earlier and stay longer. Please keep in mind in your rating - prices were calculated with these facts - that we’re not downtown, but the transportation is excellent and just a few minutes.
