Notre-Dame-de-Monts is 15 km from Noirmoutier Island, 15 km from the pier to Yeu Island, 30 km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie The space The tastefully decorated house features: -1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave) open to the living room (TV, sofa bed, wood stove, foldaway bed) and the dining room. - 3 bedrooms: 1 180 x 200 bed with closet and dresser + 1 140 x 200 bed with closet + 1 140 x 200 sofa bed - 3 bathrooms: 1 outside with 1 sink + 1 with walk-in shower, 1 sink and washing machine + 1 with shower, 1 sink, 1 toilet. - 2 powder rooms (1 independent, 1 in shower room) - 2 terraces (West and East) equipped: table, chairs, barbecue Everything is completely enclosed.
