This lovely, airy, self-contained apartment is situated in the ancient village of Grampound equidistant from the cathedral city of Truro and St Austell. Although there is a regular bus service to both towns, a car would be needed to enjoy everything that Cornwall has to offer. The property is situated adjacent to our home, though it is completely self contained and private. There is dedicated parking for our guests. The space The property has recently been updated to a high standard. It is accessed via 17 steps so would be a challenge for those with limited mobility. The Annex has its own entrance leading into an open plan, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a cosy, bright bedroom with a modern ensuite shower room. In addition there is a sitting out area where you can enjoy the evening sun and view of the countryside. Guest access There is a small lawned area to the back of the annexe where you are able to sit and relax. Cushions are provided.
