Quietly tucked away, but still close to many top restaurants, bars & wonderful independent shops. We are also convenient for the motorway network, airport & just a short drive or tram trip into the city centre. This unique architect designed property has been fitted out to a very high standard in both materials & furnishings, all the spaces are luxurious & relaxing. The building is very highly insulated with thermostatically controlled underfloor heating on the ground floor & the heating / hot water is ecologically produced from an air source heat pump. The property also has two designated off road parking spaces. Everything in the house is there for your enjoyment. Included in the tariff is free wifi, 'youview' tv, with tv & dvd players (in both the living space & master bedroom), i-pod dock, fully fitted kitchen with all neff appliances & washing machine. The cottage is child friendly with lots of board games, a travel cot, high chair & stair gates which can be fitted on request. The property is a whole house let, so guests will be left in peace unless they require any additional local information, advice or help etc. We live close by, so any problems that may arise can be swiftly dealt with. We do want our guests to feel very much at home from the moment they arrive so we make sure you have all the basic provisions such as tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil and the like at no extra charge. Toiletries from The Bath House are also provided. For a small extra charge, we can also arrange for food & wine to be in the fridge for your arrival. Guest access The cottage is a whole house let, so they will have access to all areas. Other things to note The cottage has two designated off road parking spaces.
