Cozy Studio in Swiss Cottage

Our studio is close to 3 tube stations with access to central London in 15 minutes. You’ll love our place because of our really upmarket, safe and clean neighbourhood. The comfy top of the range double bed has big French square pillows and a bolster. The kitchenette has a coffee filter machine, orange squeezer, microwave, minioven & your own fridge. Warm and cosy. Lots and lots of restaurants at all prices and Tesco Express 2 minutes away plus full range of shops five minutes away. The space The studio is small but very cosy and well fitted out with everything you will need for a short stay in London. In the kitchenette there is a microwave, a small warming oven, kettle, coffee machine and a small slow cooker if you need it, however, there is no cooker as the space is too small. There is an ironing board and iron and a small vacuum cleaner in the cupboard by the entrance. You have a TV and wifi and a table for your computer. There is a small cupboard for you to put some clothes. By the side of the bed you will find a hair dryer. The studio is now air conditioned so we are cool even during a heatwave. Please make sure you keep the garden door to the street closed at all times. Please note that this is a NO SMOKING property so smoking is strictly prohibited. If you are a smoker please find somewhere else to stay as this property is not suitable for you. Guest access The studio is small but extremely well thought out and has all the necessary amenities. Our house is just behind the patio so I am never far away. If I am in you can use the washing machine and dryer but there is a launderette with drying facilities just over the road. Other things to note Please note that we need to make a cleaning charge of £35. This is because our studio is maintained to a very high hotel standard and is cleaned and prepared professionally. We encourage people to take their shoes off when inside as this keeps the wooden floors clean and dry. There is a little mat by the entrance where you can leave your shoes.
