You have its large shared outdoor and indoor common areas, garden, swimming pool in summer, SPA (optional), kitchen, double living room with dining room, central fireplace in winter, in addition to your private room. Other things to note >>> GOOD TO KNOW: -> The SPA/Jacuzzi (Limited to 4 people) can be available upon request at least 48 hours BEFORE your arrival, via an additional payment: + €45/booking for 4 hours of your choice, to be used continuously or discontinuously during your stay. We plant 1 tree in FRANCE for each confirmed SPA booking in order to participate in sustainable development. -> The washing machine (5 kg max) can be used at a symbolic rate of €3 per machine, eco-friendly laundry provided. You must notify this on the dedicated form in order to proceed with your payment via Airbnb at the end of your stay. Thank you -> For stays longer than 6 nights, provide extra cleaning/week of common or private areas, via a special offer: + €20/week cleaning fee for common areas + €20/room when you want during your stay! + €5/renewal of bed linens whenever you want during your stay! -> There are adorable cats who sometimes live at MAS GUAPA. Other animals live in freedom or not, around the accommodation: Chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, deer, cats, dogs... -> Your pets are also welcome under conditions of respect, cleanliness and sociability towards other animals or humans. You must pick up their excrement in the yard or in the parking lot yourself to throw it in the fields around and clean up any damage they might do directly. Checking their presence on your booking provides a supplement of +€10 for stays shorter than 3 nights or 2 nights max, for longer stays provide +€5/day in additional payment request via Airbnb. We love animals but ANY ANIMALS not vaccinated or not treated against fleas and others are NOT allowed for safety and hygiene reasons. >>> Respect, sympathy and trust are required to rent our villa which remains a main residence that we share for occasional short/medium term rental in order to make you enjoy the tranquility of our haven of PEACE. -> There are security cameras in the common indoor/outdoor areas active all year round, installed for security and insurance conditions, not to observe you. Images are retained for 1 month and viewed only in case of issues to be verified. You must not obstruct these cameras, nor prevent their normal operation, otherwise a claim may be made to cancel your reservation and ask you to leave the premises and/or pay a supplement for non-compliance with our rules, whether there is damage caused or not. + We are sensitive to respect for nature and the environment. MAS GUAPA is a property that we are developing in this direction, we take particular care to optimize its energy consumption as best we can. Our "eco-responsible" operation will familiarize you a little with "ecological" or "economical" methods/tricks presented in part in our house rules or on information posters in the villa.
