Bedroom #1 at a private home

Close to the Bugey power station (11 minutes by car, 9 kilometers) and the medieval city of Pérouges (also 11 minutes). Perfect for couples, solo travelers, Plant workers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged companions... (upon request). Ah: again: you will live with me, since I live in my house!! The space I live in my house but am often away. Two bathrooms are reserved for the 3 bedrooms that can accommodate guests, knowing that only one bedroom will have a private bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms sharing the other bathroom (also shared with the children when they are there!!). I keep a third bathroom, just for me!!!! Use of the kitchen will be "moderate" for guests, respectful of family life, in good understanding and reasonable. A small fridge and microwave is reserved for guests, just outside the bedroom. If necessary (cook pasta, rice, eggs), we should organize ourselves!!!! and it's not more complicated than that!!!! Guest access Guests will have access to TV (on request), kitchen, garden, terrace..., outdoor children's games but also all indoor toys, private parking... During your stay When I'm home, I'm fully available for any information guests may need. I know how to step aside, be discreet, and even become totally invisible (!!!) Other things to note The beds are all made with duvet covers, which I systematically wash after guests have stayed (that's normal!!!), but which I don't iron!!! So everything is great but not ironed!!
