This property is located in Oysterbay, the most desirable residential location in Dar es Salaam. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and of course, the beach! The compound is well guarded and secure. Guests are most welcome to use all building amenities. Just be sure not to get too attached to the endless breeze from the Indian Ocean! The space The apartment is clean and well-maintained. With a total size of 170 square meters, it is spacious and furnished with all the necessities: a cozy living room with flat screen TV, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen and free WiFi. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and wardrobes, as well as showers in the bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and balconies. All bathrooms have great water pressure and heaters for hot water. The property has an automatic standby generator in case of power cuts. We have a full-time maintenance team for any issues or requests. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all building amenities. These include our fully equipped gym, swimming pool and games room. The property has ample parking and a playground for kids. Other things to note Water is included in the fee. Electricity is included in the fee up to an amount of US$10 per day, which is a generous allocation. Therefore, please consume wisely - not just for my sake, but more importantly for the sake of our planet! Kindly note we do not provide a housekeeping service.
