Double Room in the Tranquil Sussex Countryside

Private room with double bed, tv. and wifi. Small private shower room in a modern family home on a rural smallholding. 2 miles from mainline station for trains direct to London (45mins), Gatwick (15mins), Brighton (15mins). Bus route to Brighton. Local country walks, 5 miles from Ditchling Beacon and the South Downs National Park. Ample car parking space. Local pub (1 mile) offers good food at reasonable prices. Light breakfast offered at no extra cost. Well behaved dogs welcome. Guest access We have a large patio area out the back of the house which guests are free to use at their pleasure. Beyond the patio is a 4 acre garden with livestock (chickens, turkeys, sheep etc) in which you are free to roam. During your stay My husband and I are resident in the house, so any problems or requests you have during your stay we will do our best to solve. We are also happy to collect you from our two most local train stations (Haywards Heath & Wivelsfield) should you require it.
