Idyllic cottage in cornfield

Enjoy the silence and the view from the beamed cottage. The house is located on top of a hill in the middle of the cornfield, isolated from neighbors. The sandy beach can be enjoyed 9 minutes walk from the house and downtown Copenhagen in 45 minutes by car. The space The idyllic cottage with a thatched roof and plastered yellow facade with shutters around the windows. The house contains a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, hall and bathroom. The large kitchen has a refrigerator, stove / oven, dishwasher and microwave. We enjoy many moments in front of the fireplace, with delicious food and views of the garden and the countryside to the south. The living room is centrally located in the house, with cozy couch and television. From the living room there is access to the south facing terrace (55qm) and garden, where the large ash tree provides the framework for the view over the cornfields. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtop and toilet. In the boiler room there is a washing machine and an extra fridge / freezer. The house is located in the middle of a cornfield on top of "Lundebakken". The property has stunning views over the fields and the surrounding countryside. The property has several gardens. The Fruit garden is a wild garden with cherry trees, apple trees, pear trees and a plum tree. The main garden in front of the house has a large lawn, where the large ash tree provides shade during the hottest summer days. The garden has small surprises :-) and often you will see deer, foxes, rapids, pheasants and many birds often visit the garden. The coastal area is characterized by steep slopes down to the beach. The beach has children friendly bays with shallow sandy bottom. Snorkeling and fishing can be recommended. There are 900 meters to the nearest beach (9min walk). Here it requires 140 steps before the you reach the beach. Lovely beaches can be reached by bike og car in Tisvildeleje and Raageleje. Tisvildeleje is 4 km southwest from the house, and here you will find nice shops and good restaurants. Tisvilde fences and Troldeskoven is certainly worth a visit - even by bicycle and on foot. Raageleje is 4 ½ km northeast. Heather Hills is a hilly area near Raageleje that is ideal for walks. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden by them selfs. Other things to note It is possible to charge your electric car. Payment is made after departure.
