Essert-Romand Apartment, 8 min from Morzine

Sunny 2 bedroom apartment in Essert-Romand just outside Morzine. It has all you need for a family holiday. Easy access to the Portes du Soleil ski area. There are various ways to access the skiing in less than 10 minutes by car. Ardent (Avoriaz), Morzine, Mont Chery (Les Gets) and St Jean d'Aulps are all close by. In the summer there are lots of mountain based activities close by. The space This is a spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment. One double bedroom with en-suite shower. Second bedroom with twin beds, these can be made into a double as required. Please ask. There is a separate bathroom with WC and another separate WC. Open plan living area with sofas, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher). There is a Nespresso coffee machine, we try and leave some pods to get you started too, however, sometimes it is not possible. There is a balcony on 2 sides, facing south and east. Linen and towels are provided. We can provide a travel cot and booster chair if required for small children. For summer guests we are a member of the Multi-Pass scheme we have 4 cards included in the price of the rental, these give free access to the bus, swimming, tennis, lifts (just for walkers, bikes require a full pass). There aren't any bike storage or bike cleaning facilities at the apartment. Guest access Individual apartment(with communal ski storage). Please see the note about winter access. Other things to note There is a large supermarket 5 min away in a car. At the apartment, there is very limited bike storage and no bike cleaning facilities. When visiting in the winter, your vehicle will need winter tyres. If it snows and you do not have winter tires fitted, you will need to use snow chains.
