Trotters Burn may look like a traditional croft house however, it was recently built to the highest of modern standards with underfloor heating throughout making it the perfect base to relax and unwind after a day exploring Skye. This cosy cottage is situated on our family croft approximately a 200m from the main road. The location offers the perfect balance of being a short walk to the shops and pubs but also far enough from the road to escape the bustle. The space This charming cottage is nestled within our family's croft, just a mere 200 meters away from the main thoroughfare. Its positioning strikes an ideal harmony, providing easy access to local shops and pubs via a leisurely stroll, yet also granting ample distance from the road to enjoy peaceful seclusion away from the hustle and bustle. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on 1st floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a triple bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top). Third bedroom has a superking bed that can be made into two singles, last bedroom on the first floor has a double bed. Open plan livingroom with a view over to Beinn na Caillich. Fully equipped modern kitchen with a gas stove and electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry cupboard with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and a ironing board. Two bathrooms with shower over bath, one on each floor. Fully adjustable mood lighting. Pets and children are welcome, plenty of outdoor space around the cottage. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. There is a picnic bench at the back with stunning views of Beinn na Caillich. Also the beach is only 300m down from the cottage.
