The sea is 3 km away, the city center of Pornic with its port and castle is a 5-minute drive away (5 km) as well as the train station! Its castle overlooking the old port, its botanical park of the RIA in the city center, will offer you, in addition to its many coves by the sea, facing Noirmoutiers, an 18-hole golf course, a Casino and thalassotherapy. The space Le Clos de la Hourserie, established in 2017, has just opened a brand-new guest room, available from July 1, 2023. In addition to a very comfortable new 160-cm bed, it offers you a kitchenette, a large private terrace on the ground floor of the private garden where you can relax, and a secure, private, gated parking space near the room with direct access. There is also a reading area with various books and a few board games available for you to use. Guests appreciate the place for its calm and bucolic environment. You will be received as a VIP (only one room), and you will therefore be alone with the owners on the property, where you can enjoy the tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of the port in high season, but still close to it. Many activities and tourist places from Pornic, not to mention the many coastal hiking trails. Direct access to the port/castle via a small, car-free country lane that runs along a canal (5 km) allows you to reach the city center without your vehicle; it is a small, idyllic coastal lane for pedestrians and cyclists only. To give our guests more independence, this new, more spacious room is equipped with a kitchenette WITHOUT COOKING FACILITIES (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and Nespresso capsule machine), allowing you to prepare your own breakfasts. Light meals available (salads, microwavable dishes, etc.), plus a large furnished private terrace and garden. You will be connected by wire directly in your room via a small desk available to you in case of teleworking with the possibility of external connections in certain places.
