There is a secure space for bikes and paddleboards/surfboards in the alleyway that leads to your private entrance. Off road parking for one vehicle in the drive. Car not needed as there is a good bus service (every 15 minutes) to Havant, Portsmouth and Chichester. The space The studio is approximately 20square metres, dual aspect with king size bed, a cosy 2 seater sofa with dining chairs and table. Beautiful walk in shower and separate toilet. There is a small wardrobe area big enough for a weekend away. A kitchen area with fridge, kettle and toaster.
