New villa between sea and mountains

If you appreciate the original Airbnb feel, welcome to the house I occupy and make available for rent part of the year. No one-size-fits-all decor, but restored furniture, paintings or DIY items, and a cat to cuddle. 10 minutes from Perpignan, 20 minutes from beaches and Spain, 50 minutes from the mountains with all shops nearby. Spa only in summer (JT/August) (unless there are administrative water restrictions due to drought). Weekly rentals (JT/AT) or by request. Contact for dates/rates. The space The villa is spacious and bright, located in a recent development, with all the amenities and comforts of home. You have a large living room overlooking the garden and three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom equipped with a double sink and a shower. The garden is pleasant, perfect for spending evenings.
