In an ancient village, extremely quiet, sunny and airy, at 350 meters above sea level, large and ancient house furnished with love, away from traffic, close to the sea. 4 bedrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, tavern, 3 terraces, one of which is covered. It is 9 km and 14 minutes from Finale Ligure beach. It is 14 km and 20 minutes from the beautiful beach of Varigotti, one of the most beautiful in all of Liguria. It is 8 km and 12 minutes from Finalborgo, one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Italy. It is 7 km and 10 minutes from Rocca di Perti and Montesordo, where you can find some of the most beautiful areas for free climbing. It is 10 km and 15 minutes from the Genoa-Ventimiglia highway, Finale toll booth. Other things to note FOR CYCLISTS You can store your beloved bike in the house for free!!!
