Room: 150x190 double bed, double glazed window with blinds, 2 benches to leave your luggage. Includes sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper. The bathroom is exclusively for guests. It has a large shower with glass screen. There is central heating and a fan. The space The room has 2 luggage benches, two lamps, a mirror and a coat rack. There are two pillows and two cushions. 150x190 cm bed. Quality cotton sheets. The room has a lock, it can be locked. The room has a double glazed window and blind. For warmer days we also have a fan and there is heating. It's a room that's not very large but comfortable. The bathroom is for private use by guests and has been recently renovated. In it you will find a large shower with glass screen, a mirror, sink, and toilet. In addition, a cabinet with a drawer where you will find cotton towels, a hair dryer, toilet paper and bath gel. The property has two elevators. Guest access Guests have access to their private room and private bathroom, for their exclusive use. Common areas: kitchen and living room. There is also a very nice and quiet terrace with ocean and residential area views. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, oven, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee makers, juicer, and crockery and kitchenware. The living room has a sofa, TV, table, and two chairs. On the terrace there is a small table and two chairs. During your stay The aim is for guests to have the most pleasant stay possible and to enjoy the space specially prepared for them. Other things to note There's a pet (a turtle) that lives on the terrace of the apartment. Under no circumstances will the pet have access to the private area for guests. Check-in time is 10:00 PM. For each extra hour, an extra fee of €12/hour will be charged, which must be paid at check-in time in cash. At the time of check-in, identification documentation must be shown to register guests and provide the data required by the legal regulations in force in the country, as well as pay (in cash) the tourist tax that is mandatory for licensed establishments.
