Holiday home in the middle of the old city center

In the old center of Zell we have transformed two old wineries into one large holiday home. From the front door you can walk through the old streets of the centre with its many wine tastings, shops, restaurants and bars. The Mosel, visible from the house, is located 50 meters from the house. Our terrace/garden is on the steep vines and offers views of the old towers of Zell. The space Our property was completely renovated in 2019. Everything has been modernized without the house losing its unique character. For example, the old stairs are still present and the original stained glass is still on the front door. Guest access You will of course be the only guests in our house during your stay. Through the front door you can reach the staircase that leads to the first floor. Because the moss sometimes wants to step outside its banks, the ground floor is almost nowhere used as a residence. Upstairs is a spacious bright bedroom with two single box spring beds and a large wardrobe. From the window, you can look out over the Oberstrasse and you can see the Mosel. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the street side. In the room there is a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Here, too, you can look out over the Oberstrasse and in the distance the Mosel. The second bedroom on this floor has a bunk bed of 90x200 and a spacious wardrobe. There is less natural light here, the room is located on the mountain side. On the third floor are all the common areas. Two completely new bathrooms with a total of four sinks, two shower cabins and two toilets. Opposite the bathroom is a spacious bedroom with two single box spring beds. Cabinet space on the overflow. On this floor there is also the living room with TV and lounge sofa. Through a staircase you can reach an open bedroom with two single box spring beds. You also have a nice view from this space. The spacious dining room is also on this floor. At the table there is room for 12 persons. Above the dining room is the loft. There are two single box-spring beds here. From the loft you have beautiful views over the steep vines. Through the kitchen with 4-burner stove, dishwasher and a spacious fridge, you can reach the garden. In the garden (12 chairs, table and parasol) you can relax, barbecue and/or enjoy one of the delicious local wines. Other things to note There are many stairs in our house. Stairs are unavoidable. As a result, our house is not suitable for people with difficulty. In the living room we put a stair gate. Be careful with small children. Sanitary facilities only on the third floor. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
