Welcome to our apartment please feel at home. Our place is homely with a lovely big garden and a big terrace, located in Kunduchi Beach, a walking distance to the beach and beach hotels/water park. The price advertised is the nightly price, but if you book one month or more you get 10% discount. It is a calm area and in a small compound which has a very good security with alarm system and eletrical fence. Electricity is not included in the rent. The space The size of the apartment is 125 sqm. There is also a terrace of 10 sqm. There is a Vodacom Wi-Fi router where you pay as you go. One of our staff will assist you with how to top up and use the Wi-Fi. Guest access You will have access to the garden, garden table, chairs and grilling place. Other things to note There is no WiFi but all network operators have full coverage in the compound. Electricity is not included in the rent, should be paid by the tenant. Cash Points/ATMs, supermarkets and shops selling fresh fruits and vedgetables are nearby.
