Please just make your request, even if the AirBnB calendar says otherwise. If you love atmospheric days with fog on the Moselle, there are still a few nice vacation days in November with price-off. We love what we do and it is particularly important to us that you feel completely comfortable in the VILLA-MATHILDA, which we have renovated according to building biology aspects, in the quiet Wehlen district of Bernkastel-Kues. The furniture is carefully selected, of high quality and comes mainly from Internet auction houses. You sleep in fresh linen and natural bed linen and in the bathroom you will find luxury towels for your stay. Our kitchen is fully equipped. Balcony, garden, barbecue and bicycles complete your holiday. The Kerpen winery is happy to invite you to a wine tasting in their wine cellar and in summer you can enjoy homemade cakes, coffee and, of course, Riesling specialties under the magnolia tree in the garden in Celia's Riesling café. The neighboring Hotel Sonnenuhr offers you an extensive breakfast with fresh fruit and regional delicacies. Guest access IMPORTANT: Villa Mathilda is on the 1st floor of the Art Nouveau villa in the quiet district of Bernkastel-Wehlen. the center of Bernkastel-Kues can be easily reached with the bicycles that are ready for you in the basement. Villa Mathilda can be booked with one bedroom for 2 people or with two bedrooms for 3 to 4 people. If you are a couple and need 2 bedrooms, that is also possible. Let me know in advance so I can prepare this for you. The price will increase but I cannot set this in the AirBnB booking system, you are welcome to ask me about the current price in advance. In all rooms, the original windows and wooden floors have been restored and preserved. The rooms are high, bright and healthy with clay plaster or ecological chalk paint Painting the Past renovated by us. Behind the entrance area is the spacious kitchen with a fantastic direct view of the Moselle. Here, 8 people can sit comfortably at the large Art Deco table, or up to 12 people after extension. The large room to the left of the entrance is our modern living room, equipped with a light leather sofa and chaise longes. The large arched window throws a wonderful light into the freshly designed room in the evening. From here you can access the small covered balcony with a marble table and 4 chairs. Our favorite place! Cozy with a view of Celia's Rieslingcafé under the huge magnolia and the Moselle. The evenings can be very long and romantic here. We furnished a large bedroom with seating, a desk and a walk-in closet in Chinoise Chic style. The smaller bedroom, also with walk-in closets and seating, is separate and lockable in front of the main apartment. It is furnished in Boudoire style with an original French brocade bed and also houses an antique working washbasin.
