Located only 500m from St Mawes harbour, in a quiet location with plenty of on-street parking, High Bank is ideal for your family break in this beautiful Cornwall village. There are stunning views from all the front rooms and outdoor sitting areas. The whole house is available to rent and sleeps up to 8 people. Note that although the house is a bungalow, there are steps up from the road to access it. No pets please. The space The house has been completely renovated and refurbished so is in great condition. Wifi with internet TV. Log burner for cosy nights. The house has been designed around the outdoor space, which is a rarity in St Mawes. Extensive outdoor furniture to enjoy the views of the sea and the coast beyond in the day and watching the moon over the water at night. Location is away from the busy water front but only a 5 minute walk to all the St Mawes amenities. There is on street parking outside the house, again a rarity in the village. The village has 3 beaches, many pubs, the Tresanton, Idle Rocks and St Mawes hotels, the Watch House restaurant, deli, a great bakery, butchers and a well-stocked Co-op as well as several shops. There is a foot ferry to Falmouth if you need more variety. A particular favourite is to go mackerel fishing. Guest access You have access to the whole house, terrace, and outside hut. The small garage at street level is not available for guest use as this is our owner’s storage room.
