Stoupa is the second village of Messinias as you descend from the mountain overview that looks down on Kardamilli, Stoupa, and Agios Nikolas on the road from Kalamata. The village itself is off the main road and the shop fronts look out over the water. The beach sand is of beautiful tiny multicoloured grains that I have not yet find anywhere else in the world.
