Cozy home for short or long stays in the heart of Het Groene Woud with an attractive weekly and monthly discount. This holiday home is located in the wooded outskirts (at ± 5 km from the city center + public transport) of the Brabant village Haaren (between's-Hertogenbosch and Tilburg) with its own driveway and carport. If you want to book a longer stay in a blocked period, you can always make a request. The space You have this cozy cottage all to yourself, your family or friends alone. It is suitable for both short and long stays for up to 5 people. There is a private driveway with carport and a maximum of 3 cars can be parked one after the other on private property. The large garden offers a lot of privacy with various terraces. We have a house folder for all the necessary information. The house is equipped with WiFi and a smoke/carbon monoxide detector. Bathroom: with shower, sink and toilet Living/dining room: with cozy sitting area, gas fireplace, TV and dining area overlooking the garden Kitchen: with spacious fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pan set, cooking utensils and a washing machine (which is also suitable for drying small amounts/individual items of laundry -> for drying larger amounts of laundry you can use the drying rack in the garden). Bedroom 1: is located on the ground floor adjacent to the living room with 2 single beds. Bedroom 2: is located in the attic (note: no full standing height) with 2x single bed on one side and 1x single bed on the other side. Guest access A maximum of 3 cars can be parked in a row on the driveway at the house on private property. The nearest public transportation facilities: Bus stop: 5 km away in the village of Haaren. Train stations: 10 km away (Boxtel/Oisterwijk). Airports: Eindhoven Airport (30 km/30 minutes by car) and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (125 km/90 minutes by car). Other things to note PLEASE NOTE TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash by the guests upon arrival, we do not have an ATM and no change in cash. The 2026 tourist tax for the municipality of Oisterwijk is €2.40 per person per night. PLEASE NOTE: access to bedroom 2 in the attic via a steep staircase which is not suitable for small children and elderly and/or disabled people. During the stay, the following are not included: - washing towels/bed linen/other laundry - cleaning of the house - cleaning and laundry detergents/shampoo/soap/toilet paper Parking is only allowed on your own driveway behind the fence at the house, in connection with the neighbors not on the public access road to the house. The house is suitable and equipped for the stay of up to 5 people; it is not allowed to stay overnight with more than 5 people. The natural environment does not tolerate noisy activities. The house is located in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of the house there are no public transport facilities. There are many farm shops in the area with local products. Nearby are many beautiful hiking and biking routes.
