Cozy atmosphere for this newly renovated home facing the Gulf. Located in the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Nature Park, quiet, on the edge of a preserved area for migratory birds. In a cul-de-sac located on the GR34 and only 2.2 km from the village of Sarzeau. Ideal location to recharge your batteries, for walkers, nature lovers, bike rides and small everyday purchases. The space In a unique and quiet place by the gulf, you have stunning views of the Gulf from every room in the house. A 250 m2 non-attached enclosed garden is 10 meters behind the white gate, you just have to cross the small cul-de-sac (not very busy). A 3 x 6 meter pergola and a table for 8 people ideal for meals in the middle of the area, as well as a fire pit (barbecue)  for your grills. For the comfort of all , we use a professional to ensure that the accommodation is always impeccable, and we therefore ask for a mandatory cleaning fee of €60 (included in the price). But be careful, linens are not provided!! Linens and towels are available upon request and for an additional fee. Fiber has arrived in the accommodation for more efficiency ;) !! Guest access entire place Other things to note The oyster park opposite the house as well as the neighbor's parking lot (opposite the house)are private areas that are prohibited.
