Looking for a unique place for the holidays? In the heart of the Lorient countryside, located in the town of Pont-Scorff (56), 20 minutes from the sea, is our KERVORCHANT farmhouse. Surrounded by woods, you will enjoy a small corner of Breton countryside to rest, read, or simply listen to the birds singing... The space The cottage offers an area of 120 m² on 2 levels, it was renovated in 2021 and has all the comforts you would expect from a turnkey accommodation. It is adjoining our home, no worries about noise since the walls separating us are almost a meter thick. On the ground floor you will find: a 25 m² living/dining room with pellet stove and a TV with player. DVDs for all ages as well as board games are at your disposal. A fully-equipped kitchen of 12 m². Kitchen utensils, as well as basic products are included (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.). the 15 m² master bedroom with a double bed Bathroom with Italian shower access to the laundry room for the washing machine. Upstairs: A large 18 m² room with 3 beds, including a baby crib. A mezzanine landing with an extra bed for 1 person and a play area and books for children. We provide you with baby equipment: bathtub, changing table, bottle warmer, 1 bouncer, 2 high chairs, 2 folding cribs. In the garden you will find a private area with garden furniture and BBQ. Games for children are to be shared with ours. Pets are welcome if they are kept on a leash. Unlimited Wi-Fi included. Other things to note Our animal friends are allowed on a leash in the property
