Charming studio with a zen and cozy atmosphere, arranged in the attic of our pretty house. Grand view of the old wine village of Auvernier, the lake and the Alps. Access to the lake by the vineyard path in 10 minutes Train, bus and tram in the immediate vicinity. 6 minutes by train from Neuchâtel Private parking space in front of the house Garden corner under the linden tree for picnics and relaxation The space The studio is located in the attic, on the 3rd floor (stairs!) of our house "La Tourelle" which adjoins the vineyards as far as the eye can see, and enjoys a beautiful bucolic garden. The zen atmosphere that reigns in the very modern studio is given by the sobriety of the all-white decor that gives priority to the idyllic landscape that is offered to you by the large bay window. The studio is designed like a boat with a 210 cm by 160 cm bed with excellent bedding, a folding table, storage chests and a closet. A kitchenette is installed with everything you need to prepare a simple meal (mobile induction stove, microwave oven, small fridge, coffee machine, kettle etc.). We don't offer breakfast, but coffee and tea are available. The studio has a small bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels are provided. The laundry room is at your disposal. Guest access You have a parking space for your car in front of the house and you can safely store your bikes in the garden shed. The small Auvernier train station is a 4-minute walk away, from where you can reach Neuchâtel in 6 minutes. You will be welcomed personally upon arrival. Other things to note The mandatory tourist tax of CHF 4.20 per person per day (to be paid on site if possible upon arrival) entitles you to free public transport throughout the canton, as well as many other tourist benefits (museums, bike rental, activities, etc.) The place is particularly ideal for a romantic weekend, a small solo retreat or a few days of work. We rent for a minimum of 2 nights or more depending on the season.
