The Villa Martiny, built in 1904 in the Seeallee and the property on the lake, are now already in the 4th generation in family ownership of the family of the hostess. In the villa there is a 71 m2 apartment available to guests, fully equipped, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, veranda. The private lake property, which is a 3-minute walk away, is of course part of it, with sunbathing lawn, shady linden, jetty, changing rooms and sun loungers. BBQ facilities are available. The space The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and excursion opportunities and also sporty activities can be done in many ways. Or just lounging by the lake under the large lime tree.... There are two mini golf courses, PitPat, a playground, a beach volleyball court, tennis courts, pedal and e-boat rental in the immediate vicinity. Bikes and e-bikes can also be rented in the village, there are costs for this. In addition, there is probably the possibility to buy the Kärnten Card again in 2018, which offers you discounted or free access to over 100 excursion destinations (e.g. steam boat rides, cable cars and toll roads, climbing park in Greifenburg and much more)! In the village you will find various grocery stores, which are also open on Sundays and holidays in the summer.
