The two-story house, located on one of the quietest streets in town, is part of a plot with two houses, separated by a garden with a saltwater pool and a porch. The area has magnificent beaches and coves such as those of Alcocebre, as well as mountain landscapes for hiking or cycling. The space The house has a living room on the ground floor with a fireplace and air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction, Nespresso, etc.), courtesy toilet and a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom with direct access to the garden. A porch with a paellero (barbecue) ideal for dining and eating next to the garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with air conditioning. All rooms have heating and fans making La Negra a habitable place all year round. For stays longer than 7 days there is the possibility of using a washing machine, dryer, iron ... Alcalá de Xivert is located just over an hour drive from Valencia and 20 km from Castellón Airport. It also has a train service quite often. The area has magnificent beaches and coves such as those of Alcocebre, as well as mountain landscapes for the practice of hiking or cycling such as the Natural Park of Sierra Irta or Sierra de Atalayas.
