Welcome to La Negra, an ideal place to disconnect, located between the coast and the mountains in Alcalá de Xivert. The two-story house, located on one of the quietest streets in the village, is part of a plot with two houses, separated by a garden with a swimming pool. The owner in charge of maintenance lives in the other house. The area has magnificent beaches and coves such as those of Alcocebre, as well as mountain areas for hiking or cycling. The space The house has a living room on the ground floor with a fireplace and air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction, Nespresso, etc.), courtesy toilet and a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom with direct access to the garden. A porch with a paellero (barbecue) ideal for dining and eating next to the garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with air conditioning. All rooms have heating and fans making La Negra a habitable place all year round. You can use the washer, dryer, iron... There is a garden with a private pool. Alcalá de Xivert is located just over an hour drive from Valencia and 20 km from Castellón Airport. It also has a train service quite often. The area has magnificent beaches and coves such as those of Alcocebre, as well as mountain landscapes for the practice of hiking or cycling such as the Natural Park of Sierra Irta or Sierra de Atalayas. Its privileged location in the surroundings of the Maestrazgo, allows you to visit places of interest such as Morella, San Mateo, Forcall …. in the interior and on the Peñíscola coast, Vinaroz, Benicarló, the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta and the Prat de Cabanes.
