Welcome to Dar Romia, a charming house recently built in the heart of an authentic Berber village, just 30 minutes from the magic of Marrakech: The village is located on the road to Amizmiz. The house offers a private swimming pool with no neighbors in sight, stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, and a stay in absolute peace and quiet. We highly recommend renting a car for your stay. The space On a plot of 500 m2 the house has a large, very bright living room with a super-equipped American kitchen: large gas hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, juice extractor etc...  The living room provides access to the terrace, garden and pool. The house with a surface area of 220 m2 has 3 large bedrooms, including 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. The fourth bedroom Located on a plot of 500 m², this charming house offers an area of 220 m² and many bright and friendly spaces. The large living room bathed in light includes a fully equipped American kitchen with everything you need: a large gas stove, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, juice extractor, and much more. This space opens directly onto a terrace, a garden and a private swimming pool without neighbors, ideal for relaxing in complete privacy. The house offers 3 large bedrooms, one located on the ground floor and two upstairs. A fourth bedroom, smaller but full of charm, is in the garden. Independent, it is ideal for a single person or for two teenagers and has all the comforts you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom: • The 3 main bedrooms in the house are equipped with a bathtub, shower and separate toilet. • The garden room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The house also has a beautiful terrace, offering views of the Atlas Mountains. An ideal base for your excursions Thanks to its strategic location, the house is a perfect base for exploring the local area. Among the many possible activities: • Discovering the Ourika Valley and Berber villages nestled in the Atlas Mountains. • An excursion to Ouarzazate, the gateway to the desert. • Exploring the Agafay Desert for a timeless experience. • A day in Essaouira, with its UNESCO World Heritage medina, historic ramparts and beach. Guest access Getting to Dar Romia from the airport We strongly advise you to rent a car to enjoy better autonomy and facilitate your travel during your stay! To get to Dar Romia, here are the directions from Marrakech Airport: 1. At the exit of the airport, head towards Taroudant/Tahanaout. 2. After 3 km, at the roundabout, take the road towards Lake Lalla Takerkoust and/or Amizmiz. 3. Go through Tameslohte and continue towards Amizmiz. 4. At km 23, just after the Petromin gas station, in the bend where the Olive Hills clinic is located, turn left following the sign indicating Tigmi (locate the telecommunication relay antennas). 5. Take this small paved road and drive 1.5 km: you will arrive at Tagadirt. To find the house: • The house is located on the hill, near the Château d'eau. • The best access road starts to the right of the last crossing before the entrance to the village. Follow the signs with an arrow near a small red and white bridge. • Take the track up the hill and drive 200 meters. Once at the top, turn left. After 150 meters, you will see a large white house on your left: you have arrived! Transfer option: If necessary, we can arrange an appointment at the airport or elsewhere to arrange transportation to the house. Other things to note House amenities: • Wi-Fi connection. • Reversible air conditioning (air conditioning and heating). • Satellite TV. • Practical equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine • Linens provided: bedding, bath sheets and towels for the pool. • Garden furniture. For your comfort in winter: • An open fire with insert in the living room. • Two of the three bedrooms located in the house are equipped with pellet stoves for cool mornings and evenings. • The third bedroom, facing south, enjoys natural warmth and does not need an additional heating source. All bedrooms (including the garden bedroom) and the living room also have reversible air conditioning.
