Hacienda located in O Val, Narón, in an idyllic natural enclave. House with 3 heights, 5 rooms and capacity for 10 guests. The house has a relaxation area (700m2) equipped with swimming pool (available from May to September) covered porch and barbecue, making it ideal for enjoying a group or family vacation. It is 982m from the Golf Course; 10 minutes from beaches such as Campelo, Meirás or Valdoviño and, 20 minutes from the Surfer beaches of Doniños and Pantín. The space The house has 500m2, spread over three floors and five (5) rooms, of which three (3) are equipped with a double bed and two (2) with double beds. It also has a crib for the little ones, and an additional room with an extra bed, if necessary. Inside the house there are three (3) full bathrooms with shower, one of them inside the main room; a fully equipped kitchen and, three (3) spacious living rooms, two of them with large Smart TV. If we add central heating to these amenities, the final result is a warm and comfortable homey atmosphere. Outside, attached to the house, we have a fantastic 700m2 relaxation area, equipped with swimming pool, a beautiful porch and barbecue; ideal for lunch, snack or dinner with the family and enjoying long tables. The Hacienda has a private 60,000-square-meter estate that is kept well-kept and in perfect condition throughout the year. The house is surrounded by colorful gardens, a river, hundreds of fruit trees, a cider lizard, animal farm, orchard, a huge expanse of land with a chopping board and horse tracks, with a dozen stables located in a beautiful inner courtyard, which they make, from the Hacienda de Sinde, a unique place in an incomparable natural setting, more so if you can, thinking that it is strategically located less than 5 km from the center of the cities of Ferrol and Narón. Guest access The house (500 m2) and the Relaxation area (700m2) with swimming pool, gazebo and barbecue, are for the exclusive and private use of guests, who can also enjoy all the other facilities of the Hacienda, for common use, and, shared with maintenance staff.
