Stunning off-grid Shepherd Huts with wood burning stove to keep you cosy and warm, and a comfy double bed and sofa. Each hut has its own 'kitchen hut' with all you need in a basic camping kitchen. Alongside each hut is your own wood-fired hot tub. A compost toilet and gas shower are shared between the two huts. Rural, romantic, country setting, great for couples or the sole traveller wishing to unwind and re-charge. *Please note, there is an extra charge for the hot tubs* The space Escape from the pressures of day to day life, relax and unwind in on of our beautiful shepherd huts. The huts are off-grid with a solar lighting system and usb plugs. Situated in North-Cornwall on our organic smallholding, close to the coast with lots of great walks nearby and handy for all local attractions. An abundance of wildlife and our horses will keep you company. NB: The hot tubs will need to be booked in advance at a charge of £25 per time. Guest access Peaceful setting, each hut has its own seating area and deck chairs for dozing in the sun, BBQ and hot tub. Or join up with your neighbours for drinks around the fire-pit. Site is accessed by foot via a woodland track - wheelbarrows and torches provided. Other things to note We provide: Bedding. Please bring bath towels. Basic kitchen utilities and camping stove. Tea, coffee, sugar. Cool box and ice packs. Environmentally friendly shower gel, shampoo & conditioner (we would request that you please use these as we want to minimise our impact on the environment) BBQ and charcoal. Wood for hot tubs, woodburner, fire pits. Please note hot tubs are emptied and cleaned daily and we re-fill them and set the fire ready for you to light. We leave you to enjoy the experience of heating the tub ready for use, this takes approximately 3 hours (full instructions are provided). Hot tubs are charged at £25 per night. Remember, we are totally off-grid, no electricity other than solar powered lights and usb plugs for charging mobile phones - a good excuse to ditch those straighteners and laptops for a few days. You are essentially camping, with a little added luxury. A lot of the facilities are outside, you will need wellies/waterproofs. You will be surrounded by nature... including creepy crawlies please remember we are in their space and be kind. If the dates you require aren't available please see our second listing. We are in an agricultural area and you may experience occasional noise from tractors/combines etc. Also gun dogs are kept nearby and can sometimes be heard barking.
