Wood Lodge - A beautiful hideaway in the forest

Wood Lodge, in Kehlegg, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything the forests in Vorarlberg have to offer. The apartment is very cozy, it is equipped with two wood stoves for the winter. Our apartment offers two bedrooms, a lounge, a toilet with bathroom and a large kitchen, which is perfect for a family or a group of friends. Like the Gasthaus Bad Kehlegg, the Wood Lodge exudes character and uniqueness. The space We have designed this apartment exceptionally because we know how important a nice vacation is. From the vintage pin-up collection and contemporary art to the designer refrigerator, there are lots of new things to discover. A large table in the kitchen offers seating for up to ten people. In addition, the refrigerator is large enough to supply a family for a whole week. The markets in Dornbirn provide local specialties to make cooking easier for you. The kitchen of course provides you with the necessary accessories. If you don't want to cook for yourself, you don't have to worry, because in the restaurant above the Wood Lodge you can eat delicious food from Wednesday to Sunday. In addition, there is a grill and a fire bowl in the garden for you if you want to have a BBQ. Guest access Wood Lodge is a private apartment under a traditional inn in Kehlegg, near Dornbirn. Kehlegg can be reached by bus (no. 9 Kehlegg) during the day and in the evening from Dornbirn. If you prefer to drive, we will be happy to provide you with two parking spaces. Kehlegg has two restaurants. From the Wood Lodge you can hike into the woods or mountains. In addition, various hiking trails lead to Bödele or other remote places, which you can also reach by bus or car. Ski resorts near Kehlegg would be Montafon (1 hour drive), St Anton and the famous Lech and the nearest ski slopes are in Bödele 15 minutes away by car. In summer there are various swimming opportunities on Lake Constance and beautiful long promenades along Lake Constance. Bregenz, known for the large festival stage, is a cultural highlight, perfect for people who like to walk. Dornbirn also has many attractions such as the Rolls Royce Museum, the Rappenloch Gorge in Ebnit, the beautiful Karren cable car and the diverse marketplace. Other things to note Wood Lodge is located under a traditional restaurant. Tasty dishes are offered from Wednesday to Sunday and concerts are sometimes held on weekends. Because of this, it can sometimes get a bit louder, but dancing and fun just has to happen.
