Ninfea apartment with garden

The space On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace that frames the environment and makes it cozy and comfortable, next door there is a large dining room; both environments are very bright thanks to the huge windows from which you can admire the garden and private wood. On the ground floor a beautiful kitchen with stone walls and two windows overlooking the garden, a guest bathroom and a large closet. On the second floor on the lovely mezzanine, a second living room; down the hall a spacious and elegant master bedroom with attached bathroom and terrace pocket sunbathing, continuing along the corridor is the second large double bedroom with bathroom in front and finally the third smaller bedroom furnished with a bed for one and a half. Guest access The pool is open from the end of May until the end of September, depending on the weather conditions and it is shared with the other guests of the Residence There is the free access to the Wi-Fi. There are all the accessories like the washing machine, the iron and the kitchen equipment and tools to enjoy the week with us. There is the possibility to do the barbecue outside The apartment has a private parking in front of the house , closed by a gate . Being all 'inside of a private nature reserve of 80 hectares you can go for leisurely walks in the countryside to enjoy nature and animals. Other things to note Everything is included in the booking rate with the exclusion of the city tourist tax of 2,50€ per person per night that the Italian state applied for every tourist for the maintenance of the cultural and artistic heritage of Italy.
