Bedroom in a house in Villepinte, (93) Situated (minutes by car): Parc d'Expos Paris Nord: 10" (20" by bus, the stop is 4min walk) CDG 20" (45" by bus) Parc Asterix 25" Paris 30" The bus N 39 dessers airport Charles de Gaules and the exhibition park. The stop is Fontaine Mallet. The room has capacity for 3 or 4 personnes maximum: 1 double bed and a drawer bed. We also have another room for 4 and and outbilding for 5 more personnes. The space The house is ideal for those going to the Paris Nord 2 exhibition park or travelling from CDG airport. Very quiet neighbourhood with no passage on the street, garden with barbecue. Possibility to drive you (in the limit of 4 people) to the Expos park for 10 euros and to the airport for 20 euros; The closest bus stop is Fontaine Mallet. To get here from the expo parc, take the bus N 39 in direction Vert Gallant and from Vert Gallant, bus N 642. Check in till 22h. Arriving after 22h pm, travelers will have to pay 10 euros an extra hour! Possibility to park the car in the street for free, large garden with barbecue. Cartier residential, very quiet. WE DON'T ACCEPT ANY COMMENTS FROM GUESTS WHO HAVEN'T BEEN IN THE HOUSE! INSIDE RULES 1 Take off your shoes when you enter the room. 2 No smoking in the rooms. 3 Do not change anything in the storage. 4 Keep the shower and the toilet clean. 5 Use the same bath towel, unless your stay is longer then a week. 6 Do not make noise in the evening after 22h. 7 Wash your plates, knives, forks, dishes and washbasin after use. 8 Close the doors and turn off the lights. Guest access Bedrooms, toilets, bathroom, kitchen, garden During your stay I remain available for my travelers when needed. Possibility of transport by car.
