This house is ideally located at the crossroads of the Ardèche, Vaucluse and Gard (rivers: Gardon, Ardèche and Cèze). I remain present in the premises unless the rental exceeds 7 nights. A deposit by check (€800) will be required upon arrival of the tenants + ID. The check will be returned upon departure of the tenants. Guest access Many rivers nearby for swimming: La Cèze, the Gardon and the Ardèche. Many tourist sites: Pont du Gard, Uzès, Palais des Papes in Avignon, Cévennes and seaside 1.5 hours away. During your stay Linens, towels and kitchen towels are not provided, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee... Delivery of keys and information on how things work. Keys will be given upon guests' arrival. Other things to note In order to receive all my guests in very clean places, I ask for a contribution for maintenance; this contribution is 50 euros paid on arrival. The house is spacious and very well maintained, so I ask for respect, and during the COVID period, certain safety rules are adapted.
