Our two-family house in San Nazzaro (Gambarogno) is situated on a hillside. In this villetta we rent a terrace apartment with a wonderful view of Ascona, Locarno, the Brissago Islands and the mountains. One bedroom overlooks the lake (180x80cm). A bright apartment awaits you, newly renovated at the beginning of 2023. Kitchen with large fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and coffee maker. The space The apartment is located in the lower part of the house. There are stairs leading down from the car park to the entrance. Living and dining room are bright and modern furnished. A washing machine can be used. Two large terraces with lounge and dining table. The lower terrace is a common area. A road passes below the balcony. No pets allowed. The visitor's tax of CHF 3.50 per person (from 14 years) per night is not included in the price. Guest access Seperate access. Down the stairs to the right. Not accessible for wheelchair. Other things to note It is a quiet residential area, so there should be no loud conversations on the terrace after 22:00.
