The Jacuzzi garden is not included in the price of the room, please book it separately. The space The Bed & Breakfast has bright, large and comfy rooms. Two brand new spacious (38 sq meters each) Junior Suites with private entrance, garden and terrace. One double room (25 sq meters) easily can become a triple room, next to it, we have a connected single room that can be used, in case of a family of 3+, this ideal solution creates the possibility of a FAMILY ROOM, the B&B area has an entrance and stair completely independent to the rest of the house. The rooms count with autonomous air conditioning/heater, safety box, TV and WiFi. Depending on the weather, breakfast can be served in the family dining room where the big fire is the protagonist. You will be surprised to find there a unique piece of an ancient mechanist clock from a bell tower, as well as other objects that will transport you back in time. During summer enjoy breakfast in our front Veranda overlooking the magnificent nature that surround us! This is a "0" emissions building as all the used energy come from photovoltaic, thermal solar and biomass sources. So your holidays are "0" emissions. Guest access We are located 15 minutes driving from Affi motorway exit. We are on the hill overlooking Caprino Veronese, if you need help driving or reaching us, we are more than happy to help you. Once you stay in Carmen de Nella you can freely walk in our vine yard and olive trees park, relax reading or listening music in the front Veranda or Sun bath in the garden.
