In the middle of Cologne's lively, family-friendly Südstadt, you can discover and rest at the same time. Our neighborhood is rich in culture, cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping. Buses and trams can be reached in less than a 3-minute walk. Cologne Fair is reachable within 20 minutes with a good permanent train connection. Do you like to go for a jog or walk in the morning? Parks, the Rhine and the green belt invite you to do so in the immediate vicinity. Guest access Your stay is on the second floor, is quietly located to the rear courtyard and is a private old building apartment with its own bathroom in a classic three-window house of the Gründerzeiten with year of construction 1890. Other things to note The apartment will be vacuumed and wiped clean before your arrival. You are greeted by pleasant scents of disinfecting tea tree oil on the textiles and a mild incense stick. We pay 100% attention to organic cotton, wool and linen products. All covers are washed at 60 degrees. The bed linen, toppers and pillows are washed once a month at 60 degrees. We only use ecological cleaning products, which are mainly refillable and do not generate plastic waste. The 10-liter refill containers are sent back to the producers and remain in the company's own resource cycle. We meet high hygienic standards, but we do not use pesticides that kill individual harmless insects (spiders or silverfish). Especially in summer, after it has rained, silverfish can in rare cases stray into the apartment. We ask for your understanding in this regard! Things to Note: It's a place to stay for overnight stays. The apartment is officially registered and is located in our property. Any misuse for business purposes, such as video shoots, photo shoots, dubious / paid business meetings, parties or transfer to third parties, is prohibited and will be reported. As a temporary resident, we ask you to follow the general house rules and observe the night's quiet hours. The price includes 7% VAT, which can be shown separately on an invoice.
