Our house of traditional Canarian architecture has a wonderful location, specifically inside a banana plantation and fruit trees very close to the sea, on the cliffs of Playa San Marcos, in the city of Icod de los Vinos, northwest of the island of Tenerife. In addition to a privileged view of Mount Teide, it is the ideal place for families and friends who love nature and want to enjoy tranquility and good temperatures. Each of them is surrounded by its own private garden that contains fruit trees, ornamental trees, and flowers. It has accommodation for 4 people. You will find two bedrooms with two single beds each, normally in one they are offered together and in another separate, large bathroom with large shower tray, living room - kitchen. Very good Wi-Fi connection throughout the property, even for remote working with video conferences, satellite TV, private parking inside the property, and the possibility of using a washing machine in the house itself. The outdoor area surrounding the house is an ideal place to have breakfast overlooking the Teide or the sea, also to read, sunbathe, prepare a barbecue or dine under the stars. Without going too far, in the area there are pedestrian paths and paths for walking and cycling and thus enjoy in detail the view of the different banana farms in the area, as well as to reach the beach in about 7 minutes. The old area - center of Icod de los Vinos is about 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot, where you can enjoy numerous cultural activities and find services such as supermarkets, restaurants or pharmacies easily. Also on the nearby beach of San Marcos there are 4 restaurants, one of them vegetarian, there is also a minimarket and a pharmacy. Guest access Access to the house is very comfortable even for people with limited mobility. There is only one step to access from the front garden to the solarium to access the main door, which can be reduced with the help of a small ramp. Guests can relax in two solariums, one warmer with a view of Mount Teide and the other with an ocean view. Both have appropriate furniture to prepare a good breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The house has its own boundaries, but we accept that the client moves freely around the property, always respecting the privacy of the other guests in the houses.
