A cosy double bedroom in a family home 3 floor town house. Guest room is on the ground floor which guests have to themselves, other than the family using the front door and washing machine in the utility as well as the garden. Shower room is just across the hall and next to the room is a utility. Ideally suited for working people, but can also stay for leisure, we recommend exploring Cardiff and using the room to come back to. Free parking space for one car available. The space A quiet suburb of Cardiff and a very cosy room which will guarantee a good night's rest. Shower room is just for guests and not shared. The utility room is for guests to use the microwave and sink. The whole ground floor is for guests only. We only use the utility to do the washing and front door to go in and out of. A great place to come back to at night. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor of the house, garden and parking space infront of the garage. During your stay I'm available by text to answer any questions from guests during their stay. Usually interact with guests on arrival and help them settle in. Other things to note The ground floor is for guests including the shower room which is solely for guests as we have a bathroom upstairs. We have an 8 year old child and small cockapoo. As a family we are usually in bed by 10pm and get up at 7am (you may hear us between these times)
