A great chalet with 3 bedrooms, sauna, garage and private garden, situated on the "alpage" of Les Collons, in the 4 Vallées ski resort. The chalet can accomodate up to 7 people and offers great views on the Dent Blanche and other Alps tops from its South and East facing balconies. It is located 20m away from the Etherolla slope in a quiet and unique setting at an altitude of 1900m. It offers real ski in/out in the winter, and is an ideal starting point for trekkings and hikes. The space The chalet is composed of: * Ground floor: double bedroom with large bed, bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and clothes dryer, sauna, skiroom, and a terrace with a table. Beautiful garden with a small pond. * First floor: fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, Nespresso, raclette and fondue equipment), eating room with a table for up to 10 guests, living room with chemney and TV. Large covered terraces on the East and South directly accessible through the eating room and the living room. An open terrace with table and chairs. * Second floor: room with large double bed (+ additional mattress) and a working area - this room has its own private balcony with stunning South views, room with two single beds, bathroom with bath and WC. All rooms are equipped with plenty of cupboards and storage space. The chalet offers a garage and has free, unlimited Wifi access. From the road were the garage is located, the chalet is reachable through a pedestrian path of approximately 50m length. Guest access The whole chalet is for exclusive use by the guests. Other things to note L'Estive enforces a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited indoors and is only allowed outdoors if all windows/doors are closed and cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
