Villa Pax et Bonum

This family house of 160m2 has been renovated and contains 5 bedrooms. It is located at the heart of the village of Maubec in the Luberon. The privatised house is in a very calm dead end with a private garden of 900m2, a swimming pool, a petanque playground, a pool house with a kitchen and two parking places in front of the house. The price includes all amenities i.e. cleaning. Linen is not included, here are the rates if needed: - double bed 20 euros - single bed 15 euros - towel 4 euros The space In the private garden, you will find a swimming pool and a pool house with a kitchen. The pool is 10mx4m and secured with an electric curtain. It is treated with salt. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, a sink, a microwave and a plancha (coal BBQs are not allowed anymore in the area). The old typical house from Provence has old dales (tomettes, etc...) and a french wooden ceiling. It is set up for 10 persons. There are actually two wings that communicate with an internal door. On the ground floor of the first house there is a fully equiped kitchen (hoven, microwave, side-by-side fridge, Nespresso etc...). There is also a large dining room with a large fireplace and a room for the washing/drying machine. At the first floor there are three bedrooms: one with three single beds, and two with double beds (160cm). There is finally a bathroom. From the two double-bed rooms we can see the mountains of the Luberon. The second house has a living room with leather sofas, a typical french ceiling and a second fireplace. There is a TV with regular french channels and a DVD reader. Then two bedrooms are at the first floor: both with a double-bed (160cm). A baby bed (travel cot / portable crib) is also available there. Finally there is a second bathroom with a bath. The two houses contain in total three independent toilets. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. Outside, the kitchen is equipped with 10 chairs to have lunch / dinner outside and a Weber BBQ. The garden is split in two areas: 300m2 in front of the house with two parking places and an old secured well and 800m2 behind the house with a swimming pool, a summer kitchen and a kinder garden area. The swimming pool is closed from October to May included. The price includes the cleaning at the end of your stay (you will be asked only to clean the BBQ).
