The space bbhome PS Luxury Apartment has a kitchen with SINK, INDUCTION HOB, MICROWAVE / OWEN, FRIDGE / FREEZER, COFFEE / CHOCOLATE / CAPPUCCINO MACHINE, DISHWASHER, VARIOUS KITCHEN UTENSILS (a cutlery set, a set of dishes, n.4 glasses, a teapot, n.4 large cups, n.4 small cups, n.2 pans, n.2 pots, a colander, a cutting board and so on), WASHER DRYER (washing machine with dryer) AND CLOTHES, a bathroom with SINK, WC, BIDET, HYDROMASSAGE SHOWER and HAIR DRYER, of a living room with LCD TV 40 INCHES, STATION FOR RECHARGE SMARTPHONE and n.2 CHAIRS, two bedrooms with DOUBLE BEDS, BEDSIDE TABLES, USB SOCKETS and WARDROBE, a veranda with SET OUTDOOR and a garden with SHOWER and GARDEN SET. Guest access ACCESS AND PARKING INFO ACCESS - The Luxury Apartment is in the heart of the historic center of Punta Secca (Limited Traffic Zone) on the Amerigo Vespucci Promenade. It can be accessed (from Piazza Concordia) exclusively for loading/unloading luggage (or to leave groceries) and then go to park. PARKING - There is a large free parking lot at the entrance to Punta Secca (about 400 meters from the Luxury Apartment), or free or paid parking (July, August and September) on the street within the village of Punta Secca. Other things to note RULES AND CONDITIONS: PLEASE NOTE: - ACCOMMODATION TAX EXCLUDED (€1.00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights) - ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION EXCLUDED (€0.40 per kWh, on average about €30.00 per week for 2 people) - WATER CONSUMPTION EXCLUDED (€3.00 per cubic meter, on average about €4.50 per week for 2 people) - INTERNET CONNECTION SPEED UP TO 10Mpbs INCLUDED, INTERNET CONNECTION SPEED UP TO 20Mbps EXCLUDED (€30.00 for the entire period) - THIS IS A TOURIST RENTAL Tourist Rentals (LT) or Short Lets are defined as the rental of properties granted for very short, short or long periods aimed at satisfying tourist purposes or transitory housing needs. In Tourist Rentals as well as in Short Rentals, it is necessary to enter into a tourist rental agreement (drawn up in writing) between host and guest, the first supply of bed linen and towels, the supply of dishes, appliances etc. is allowed, while it is not allowed to provide "personal services" - cleaning and tidying up of the premises, change of sheets, administration of meals and drinks (INCLUDING OIL, SALT and PEPPER), shuttle services - during the guests' stay. - LONG PERIODS For stays longer than 30 days, ask for info on hospitality options before booking. - 1/2 GUESTS 1 BEDROOM If the reservation was made for 1 or 2 guests, you will find 1 bedroom open and usable upon arrival. (In case you need the second bedroom, for your personal use and absolutely not to host someone, you will need to request it at the time of booking at a cost of €30.00 for the entire period). - 3/4 GUESTS 2 BEDROOMS If the booking was made for 3 or 4 guests (paying) upon your arrival you will find 2 bedrooms open and usable. - The water serving the Luxury Apartment is exclusively for hygienic use. - About a week before their arrival, guests are required to send their identity document and upon arrival at the Luxury Apartment they are required to countersign the tourist rental contract in order to proceed with check-in operations. - CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Check-in needs other than those described above must be agreed in advance, where possible (on Sundays, check-in can never be anticipated). - Guests are asked to behave respectfully throughout their stay and to behave in a polite and civil manner. - Smoking is not allowed inside the Luxury Apartment and in the indoor areas. - Pets (IF AUTHORIZED) must be kept on a leash in all cases. OWNERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEM. - Loss or breakage of assigned keys will result in a charge of €50.00. - IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO THROW INTO THE SINKS OR TOILETS ANY MATERIALS THAT MAY OBSTRUCT OR CLOG THE DRAINAGE PIPES. THE EXPENSES NECESSARY FOR THE CLEARANCE OF THE DRAINS, AS WELL AS THOSE ARISING FROM ANY DAMAGE TO THE SYSTEMS AND COMMON PARTS, ARE UNDERSTOOD TO BE BORNE BY THOSE WHO HAVE CAUSED THEM. - Any violation of the above prohibitions WILL OBLIGATE THE OFFENDER TO COMPENSATE FOR DAMAGES and WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL.
