The space bbhome PS Luxury Apartment has a kitchen with SINK, INDUCTION HOB, MICROWAVE / OWEN, FRIDGE / FREEZER, COFFEE / CHOCOLATE / CAPPUCCINO MACHINE, DISHWASHER, VARIOUS KITCHEN UTENSILS (a cutlery set, a set of dishes, n.4 glasses, a teapot, n.4 large cups, n.4 small cups, n.2 pans, n.2 pots, a colander, a cutting board and so on), WASHER DRYER (washing machine with dryer) AND CLOTHES, a bathroom with SINK, WC, BIDET, HYDROMASSAGE SHOWER and HAIR DRYER, of a living room with LCD TV 40 INCHES, STATION FOR RECHARGE SMARTPHONE and n.2 CHAIRS, two bedrooms with DOUBLE BEDS, BEDSIDE TABLES, USB SOCKETS and WARDROBE, a veranda with SET OUTDOOR and a garden with SHOWER and GARDEN SET. Guest access ACCESS AND PARKING INFO ACCESS - The Luxury Apartment is in the heart of the historic center of Punta Secca (Limited Traffic Zone) on the Amerigo Vespucci Promenade. It can be accessed (from Piazza Concordia) exclusively for loading/unloading luggage (or to leave groceries) and then go to park. PARKING - There is a large free parking lot at the entrance to Punta Secca (about 400 meters from the Luxury Apartment), or free or paid parking (July, August and September) on the street within the village of Punta Secca. Other things to note RULES AND CONDITIONS: PLEASE NOTE: - ACCOMMODATION TAX EXCLUDED (€1.00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights) - ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION EXCLUDED (€0.40 per kWh, on average about €30.00 per week for 2 people) - WATER CONSUMPTION EXCLUDED (€3.00 per cubic meter, on average about €4.50 per week for 2 people) - INTERNET CONNECTION SPEED UP TO 10Mpbs INCLUDED, INTERNET CONNECTION SPEED UP TO 20Mbps EXCLUDING (€30.00 for the entire period) - THIS IS A TOURIST RENTAL Tourist Rental (LT) or Short Rentals (Short Lets) are the leases of properties granted for very short, short or long periods aimed at satisfying tourist purposes or temporary housing needs. In Tourist Rentals as well as in Short Rentals, it is necessary to stipulate a tourist rental contract (drawn up in writing) between the host and the guest. (In the event that you need the second bedroom, for your personal use and absolutely not to host someone, you will need to request it at the time of booking at a cost of €30.00 for the entire period). - NO. 3/4 GUESTS 2 BEDROOMS If the reservation was made for 3 or 4 guests (paying) upon arrival you will find 2 open and accessible bedrooms. - The water at the service of the Luxury Apartment is exclusively for hygienic use. - About a week before their arrival, guests are required to send their ID and upon their arrival at the Luxury Apartment they are required to countersign the tourist lease contract in order to proceed with check-in. - CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Check-in requirements other than those described above must be agreed in advance, where possible (on Sundays, check-in can never be early). - Guests are asked to behave respectfully during their entire period and behave by polite and civilized people. - Smoking is not allowed inside the Luxury Apartment and in the interior areas. - Pets (IF AUTHORIZED) must in any case be kept on a leash. THE OWNERS ARE ASKED TO CLEAN WHERE THEY DIRTY AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEM. - The loss or breakage of the assigned keys will result in a charge of €50.00. - ITIS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO THROW IN THE WATERFALLS, IN THE VASES OF THE TOILETS THAT CAN CLOG OR CLOG THE EXHAUST PIPES.
