Country house in Loiret

This house is our country house near Paris in the Loiret. We discovered it on Airbnb as guests. It was after spending several soothing days there in the middle of winter that we learned that the house was for sale, and our family became the owner. We want, like its previous owners, the house to continue to welcome travelers looking for a nice corner of the countryside near Paris. Great for families or groups of friends. The space The house is located at the entrance of a small village, in the middle of the fields. With its east-west orientation, it enjoys a very pleasant light, especially in mornings and evenings. The ground floor is composed of a living room cut into 4, grouping the living room (and its insert fireplace), the dining area (large table for 8 people) and the kitchen (fully equipped), a bedroom with double bed, the bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer, toilet and double vanity, as well as an independent toilet. The floor, very attic and accessible via a steep and narrow spiral staircase, includes a bedroom in 2 parts with a double bed on one side and three single beds on the other (note: one of the beds is a little shorter than the standard size, and is only suitable for a child or a person not too tall), and a small bedroom (very low ceiling) with double bed. Children's games and board games are available in the house. Outside, the large, unfenced garden (3000 m²) offers a perfect playground for children: swing, slide, trampoline, large spaces and children's barn, equipped to play... The house is surrounded by several open barns, a courtyard and large trees to enjoy the sun or shade. The garden is equipped with tables for lunch outside, a hammock and outdoor armchairs. The gate does not open; cars stay by the side of the road. Guest access The property is entirely dedicated to guests, with the exception of a closed workshop under the barn and a few cupboards including our belongings. The garden is very wooded, and you will feel calm and isolated there. Other things to note In bulk: - the wifi is of good quality, suitable for teleworking, revisions... - Remember, it's the countryside. Small animals are therefore part of the trip. - In mid-season, the garden can be very wet. Boots or hiking shoes will survive better than a small pair of sneakers - wood available for the fireplace and barbecue - the land overlooks the camps and is not fenced - the gate does not open, we park the cars along the road - In summer, it can get hot! In winter, it can get cold! - from our home in the North-East of Paris, the driving time is 1:35, if everything goes well. But the road can be very long depending on the hours, it's Paris!
