Beautiful new apartment only 5 minutes walk from the sea shore. Kara Dere Beach is located about 5 km north of the town of Byala. The apartment accommodates a max of 4 guests (including children over 7 years old). The flat is on the 2-nd floor of a new building. There is a beautiful veiw from the terrace on sea coast, which provides also excellent mood. The spacious living-room and dining area are equipped with all necessary appliances and accessories. Wi-fi and parking are free of charge🌷 The space There is a comfortable living room with big corner sofa in the apartment. There is also air conditioning in the living room. The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary new appliances: a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric stove. Comfortable bedroom with King-size bed, bedding and towels. The bathroom has a shower, boiler, washing machine. There is a beautiful view on the the sea surface from the terrace. Guests have permanent access to a swimming pool (from June 01 to September 30) equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is unique mix of sea and mountain fresh air on the cape, where the town is situated. There are beautiful playground for children,sports area and stadium, resaurants and bars with authentic bulgarian dishes, shops. Pleasant location of Byala gives opportunity to enjoy not only beautiful sea shore, but also visit the sights of Bulgaria. Kara Dere Beach is located about 5 km north of the town of Byala. The distance from Byala to Varna is 54 km, to Nessebar - 45 km, to Pomorie - 61 km. 🌷 Other things to note We accept parents with children over 7 years old. Tourist tax. The sum You pay on Airbnb includes local tourist tax, no other charges apply. Please note that Hosts in Bulgaria are required by Law to register Guests and to pay a tourist tax for each Guest. For this reason, You will be asked to provide travel document details of all Guests in Your booking (- first and last name; - date of birth; - ID card number, OR driver's license number, OR passport number). The specified personal data of the Guests must be sent to the Host no later than 5 days before Your arrival. All data You provide is treated confidentially and is used exclusively for Guest registration. Linen and towels. There is bed linen and a set of towels for each Guest. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change. If You need extra, please bring Your own. Consumables. You can find a reasonable amount of consumables as per the list of amenities, such as welcome coffee, toiletries (in dispensers), toilet paper, etc. Should any of this run out, please buy more at the supermarket like You would at home.
