The Studio is a bright, airy studio-style cottage ideal for a couple. There is an open plan living/kitchen area with a separate double bedroom and en-suite shower room. The Studio is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the Auchrannie Spa. It overlooks Brodick golf course, the beach and Brodick bay. On site parking is available and one pet is welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant. Guest access Guests have sole access to the Studio and shared access to a large on-site parking area.
