Boka apartment 1

2 bedroom + living room apartment (70m2), balconie with sea view, located in the front of the beach (10 meters), in the first raw of houses from the sea, 100 meters away from the city port Skver, where are everyday organized boat trips around the beautiful Boka bay and 200 meters away from the old town city center. Supermarket is next to the apartment. The space The guests can use the whole apartment. The apartment is located in a small building that has 4 more flats-apartments like ours. Our apartment is located on the last second floor. Guest access Guest can access whole apartment, 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and terrace. Everything belong to this apartment and no one else can use it. Other things to note Regarding your stay in the aprtment, there are no additional costs. However, the only additional cost is local registration tax, which is charged 0.90 euros per day per person+application fee, which costs 2 euros. For examples, for a stay of 10 days, turist pays 9 euro+2 euro application fee = 11 euros. We dont cover this, but we have an agreement with the nearby local agency ( 200 meters far), where we complete the procedure for our guests. Regarding parking service, we do not have this possibility, as the street does not pass by the house. In front of the house is the walking promenade and beach, the nearest street is 150 meters up the stairs, where public parking can be used with regular charging fee. Also there are places to park your car with no charging fee, but they are a bit farther from the apartment. Also, there are private garages for rent with charge of 10 euros per day. We are willing to help you with parking with all the options that you choose.
