Our ground-level apartment with a covered terrace and an associated garden measures 45 sqm and consists of a bedroom, an open living/dining area with kitchenette, a separate shower room and a small storage room. The space The apartment has a separate entrance and a parking space. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. However, the pull-out sofa bed in the living area can accommodate 2 more people. The apartment's furnishings include a double bed with a large wardrobe and safe, a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (including oven, microwave, dishwasher and Jura coffee machine), grill, garden furniture and deck chair as well as LCD HD+ TV, DVD player, stereo, Wi-Fi (free of charge - attention new with 100 Mbit!), telephone and alarm system. A washing machine and dryer/drying room for shared use are available free of charge on request, as is our garage for the locked storage of bicycles.
