Alonaki I - Traditional stone cottage

A quiet and cool stone traditional house with a south orientation, private and autonomous, with its own courtyard in nature overlooking the blue sea. There are no stairs/different levels inside the house, only a few steps outside and some along the estate. Access to the house is via a cobblestone path that leads to a small stone staircase. The space Pola Estate is a unique multi-purpose venue that combines the serenity of an olive grove with an air of a personal traditional holiday home in harmony with Messinian nature. At the heart of the estate, a central imposing stone building hosts cultural, artistic and social events and is accompanied by a large, elevated, paved roof overlooking the vast Messinian Gulf, the city of Kalamata and the sunsets. On the lower level and around the estate, there are three stone traditional guest houses with a total maximum capacity of 20 people. The houses are located within an olive grove in complete harmony with the local nature and are surrounded by green gardens, cobbled yards, cobblestone streets and courtyards, olive trees, plane trees, cypresses, palm trees and colorful flowers. With influences from Mani architecture and traditional aesthetics, stone, wood, metal, plants, the sounds of nature and the blue of the sky and sea characterize the atmosphere of the estate. ***Every Monday to Saturday and 8:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m., a cocktail bar and summer cinema open to the public on the central terrace. ***5' walk from the nearest blue beach, 15' drive from the city center and 30' from Kalamata International Airport.
